Dr. Brandy Charles earned her Masters of Arts and Doctorate in audiology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has over 13 years of experience including both working in clinical settings and supervising students and teaching coursework in academic settings. D r. Charles has also provided hearing services to local head start programs, schools, and senior centers, as well as serving as the audiology supervisor for the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute’s Cleft Palate Program and the Brain Injury Assessment Program at Loyola University. S he is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association andis licensed in Maryland and Washington DC.
Dr. Charles specializes in adult diagnostics, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, and vestibular disorders. She is committed to helping patients not only hear better with hearing aids and assistive listening devices but to also helping patients understand their diagnosis and learn self-advocacy skills. When not in the office Dr. Charles can be found exploring new cuisines and hiking and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and daughter.
